Over 10,000 Ho Chi Minh City families are set to enjoy a celebration at the Phu My Hung urban area this Sunday on the occasion of Vietnam Family Day, June 28. At a press conference held Monday, Nguyen Tien Dat, chairman of the HCMC Department of Education and Training’s Trade Union, said 4,000 of his educational staff’s families will participate in the event.
Themed “Family and Education – the Fulcrum of Happiness”, the second annual celebration will honor teachers and family-oriented cultural education.
A slew of entertainment, food and sports games will be available at the event.
Psychologists will also be on hand and available for family consultations.
